Is this a 24-hour service?
Yes, we try to deliver the plagiarism reports 24x7. The delivery may be delayed due to server errors, service downtimes, and non-working hours [7 pm-9 am].
Is my document safe?
We understand that you may be concerned about the privacy and security of your data. We assure you that your data will remain confidential when you use our service. We have implemented stringent security measures to protect your data and prevent unauthorized access or misuse. Additionally, we have a strict privacy policy that ensures that your data is kept confidential and will not be shared with any third parties.
Will I get a plagiarism certificate?
You will receive a plagiarism report for your document highlighting the plagiarism content in different colors. There is no such thing as a "plagiarism certificate".
What types of documents are accepted?
The only accepted file types are typed text files in MS Word, PDF, and Latex. Scanned photos of books, notes, etc. are not accepted.
From where can I get my report?
Once the report is generated and the fee is paid, the report will be delivered to your e-mail and Whatsapp automatically. You will also receive a Whatsapp notification when the report has been sent to your email. If you do not find it in your inbox, please check your SPAM or Junk folder. Alternatively, you can also download the document for a particular project number from the my-account section.
What if I do not receive my report for more than 6 hours?
Most reports are delivered within 30 minutes during working hours. This is a very rare case and this is only possible if your document is skipped by the system itself. If you face this issue then you can contact us on our WhatsApp number 8968572273.
