Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Research Experts, we do not provide refunds for any of the services we provide, apart from the following cases for two of our services.

Cancellation Policy: You can your cancel or delete your submission after you submit and before the payment is made. Once the payment is done, the following refund policy will be applicable.

Plagiarism Report[All Kind Of Reports]

We provide the “Plagiarism Check Reports” for documents in the English language only. The plagiarism report can only be generated for the documents submitted in MS Word or PDF format and having typed text.

The software can not generate the report for the documents having scanned images of the content [assignments, books, notes etc.], in this case, the refund will not be provided.

Refund Case: If somehow, you have submitted the document in any other language, and paid the fee, we will provide a full refund within 5-7 days.

Plagiarism Removal Service [Plagiarism Reduction, AI Reduction. Document Formatting, Grammer Correction, Citation Formatting]

Refund Case(s):

Right to Cancel Prior to Payment: Customers may cancel or delete their document submission at any time before the advance fee is paid without any obligation.
Obligation Post Payment: Upon payment of the advance fee, the customer must await the delivery date specified at the time of payment. On this date, the customer will receive a notification to pay the remaining balance to obtain their corrected files.
Failure to Deliver: In the event that Research Experts fails to deliver the document with reduced plagiarism by the agreed delivery date, a full refund of the advance fee will be issued. Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days from the date of the failure to deliver.

Special Refund Policy Clause: Please be advised that any modifications made to the document after our service delivery will nullify any post-service support obligations. We undertake full responsibility for the final document provided, ensuring it meets the promised deliverables, including improvements for plagiarism or AI scores. However, if the document is altered in any manner following its delivery, no claims for support or refunds shall be entertained under any circumstances. This clause is binding and supersedes any implied or explicit assurances of post-service assistance in such cases.

Non-Payment Terms:

Obligation to Pay Final Amount: Customers are required to pay the final balance within 24 hours of receiving the notification email confirming the completion of their task. Failure to do so requires the customer to notify Research Experts of the reasons for non-payment.
Consequence of Non-Payment: If the customer expresses an unwillingness to pay the final fee, they will not be entitled to receive any files. Additionally, Research Experts reserves the right to submit the documents to online repositories to prevent any unauthorized use of the work, ensuring that it is solely utilized by Research Experts.

Payment Failure: In case of failure to pay the remaining amount within 48 hours of the completion of plagiarism removal work, which will be notified to you over email, it will be concluded that the user does not need the work any more and the fresh plagiarism reduced content will become the property of Research Experts. The Research Experts, upon the discretion of the management, has the right to submit the whole document to the plagiarism check repository or contact the user’s organisation to inform about the failure to make the payment.

Note: You can ask for a refund only within 7 calendar days of submitting the document, and not the payment date.
